1. Who we are

Devley AI SEO (“Devley”, “we”, “us”) is a brand owned and operated by Ulisse S.n.c., VAT nr. IT07827500963, registered at the Milan Companies Register – REA No. 1984380, Italy. You can contact us at info@devleyaiseo.com.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website devleyaiseo.com and your registration to the Devley AI SEO waitlist. By submitting the waitlist form, you accept these Terms.

2. What Devley AI SEO is

Devley AI SEO is a software platform, currently in development, designed to track and optimize brand visibility in the answers of AI models (LLMs). The platform is not yet publicly available. At this stage, the only service offered through this website is registration to a waitlist for early access.

3. The waitlist

By joining the waitlist you request to be considered for early access to the Devley AI SEO platform. Please note that:

  • Joining the waitlist is free of charge. We do not request any payment, payment details, or financial information at this stage.
  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform, at any time or under any conditions.
  • Early access is granted at our sole discretion to companies we select, based on criteria we determine internally. We are under no obligation to disclose these criteria, to justify our selection, or to respond to every request.
  • We may open, pause, limit, or close the waitlist at any time, without notice.
  • If your company is selected, we will contact you at the email address you provided. Access to the platform may be subject to additional terms, which will be provided to you at that time.

4. Your information

To join the waitlist we ask for basic information such as your name, company name, email address, and website. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it on behalf of your company.

How we process your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

5. Communications

If you join the waitlist, we will contact you only for purposes strictly related to your registration (for example, to confirm your position on the waitlist or to notify you if your company is selected).

We will send you marketing communications and product updates only if you have expressly opted in by selecting the corresponding checkbox in the waitlist form. Opting in is not required to join the waitlist.

6. Unsubscribing

You can withdraw from the waitlist, or withdraw your consent to marketing communications, at any time by writing to info@devleyaiseo.com. We currently do not offer an automated unsubscribe system; requests sent by email will be processed manually, normally within 15 business days.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, logos, graphics, images, and software) is owned by Ulisse S.n.c. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission. “Devley” and the Devley logo are trademarks of Ulisse S.n.c.

8. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided “as is”, for informational purposes. Product features, availability, and pricing described on this website refer to a platform under development and may change at any time without notice. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for any damages arising from the use of this website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

9. Third-party names and logos

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other product names and logos displayed on this website are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used for identification purposes only. Devley AI SEO is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity AI, or any other AI provider mentioned.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when the platform moves from waitlist to public availability. The current version, with its “Last updated” date, will always be published on this page. Material changes affecting waitlist members will be communicated by email where feasible.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, Italy, except where a different mandatory forum is provided by applicable consumer protection law.
